I believe that we all want to be a little better than we were the day before. As a therapist, my desire is to walk alongside my clients as they work to provoke movement and change in their lives. In life, we have different roles that create who we are; I am a wife, a mom, a coach, and an athlete. These roles greatly influence my desire to work with individual adults, parents, and adolescents as they navigate the high-pressure society that we live in today.
I find value in a multi-systemic approach to counseling that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. The foundation of my counseling is built with a Christian worldview while my principles can be found within the theories of Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Special Offerings:

-Action/Maintenance Stage of Addiction Recovery – Helping those who have made significant changes and are working hard to prevent relapse.
– Role Confusion – Helping clients reestablish their sense
of self and their place within society following big life changes such as empty nesters, marriage, former athletes, loss, and parenthood.
