You’ve Built Everything You Thought You Wanted..

So Why Does It Still Feel Like Something Is Missing?

Success doesn't always lead to satisfaction

From the outside, everything looks perfect. Corner office, beautiful home, family that depends on you. But inside, you’re wondering if this is all there is.

Maybe it’s 3 AM anxiety.  Relationships that feel distant.  The sense you’re going through motions instead of living.

Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?

You didn’t build everything you have by waiting for the perfect moment. You took action when it mattered. This matters too.

The clarity, confidence, and peace you’re capable of experiencing isn’t as far away as it feels. You don’t need months of analysis or endless sessions talking about the past.

What you need is a conversation with someone who understands that successful people face unique challenges — and knows how to help you move forward.

Your next chapter starts with one decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Shade Tree Counseling offer?

We provide individual counseling (adult and teens), ADHD coaching, EMDR, movement therapy, teletherapy, life coaching, executive coaching, workshops, and public speaking engagement.

What if I’m not religious or a Christian?

Yes. While all of our clinicians hold a Christian worldview, we recognize that mental health is multifaceted. Many concerns can be addressed through psychological techniques, skill-building, and even metabolic health. That said, we do believe that true human flourishing includes faith, and our counseling reflects that conviction.

What is Shade Tree’s approach to counseling?

We focus on helping you identify your strengths, set meaningful goals, and take steps toward lasting change. Our approach integrates psychology, physiology, and faith to support true personal growth.

What kind of counseling do you offer?

Our counseling is designed to help you process life’s challenges in a safe, judgment-free space. We support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

What is Integrated Christian Counseling?

Integrated Christian Counseling is built on the belief that real flourishing happens when mind, body, and soul are fully engaged. We use psychology to address thoughts and behaviors, physiology to explore how our well-being is shaped by how we care for our bodies, and theology to align our lives with God’s wisdom.

How much do sessions cost? Do you accept insurance?

Each clinician sets their own rate, which ranges from $155–$175 per session. We are a private-pay practice, but we provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
