Adrienne Gonzalez

Licensed Professional Counselor

I have been a Licensed Counselor for five years, but the seeds of my calling were planted long before. From an early age, I sensed that God had given me the ability to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments, offering compassion, understanding, and hope. Over time, I realized this gift was not just something I carried—it was a calling to help others navigate life’s challenges, heal from pain, and step into the fullness of who they were created to be. That sense of purpose continues to drive my passion for counseling today.

Before counseling, I spent years coaching in a collegiate soccer program where the motto was “Love God and Compete at a High Level.” That principle—loving others wholeheartedly while striving for growth—continues to shape how I walk alongside clients today. I bring the same mix of encouragement, accountability, and perseverance into the counseling room, creating a safe space where clients feel both deeply understood and challenged to move forward.

My counseling methodology is rooted in a Christian worldview, which shapes the way I see each client and their journey. Alongside this foundation, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients recognize the power of their thoughts and how changing them can bring lasting transformation in emotions, behavior, and relationships. I believe healing must address the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and I work with clients to create meaningful change that touches each of these areas.
